4. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings must be made through our website or via direct communication.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices may change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

  • You must provide accurate contact and health information when booking.

 

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: full reschedule or refund.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% fee may apply.

  • Less than 24 hours or no‑show: full session fee is charged.

If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

 

6. Health, Safety & Eligibility

  • You must ensure you are medically fit to participate in testing, coaching, or massage services.

  • You must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before your session.

  • We may refuse service if we believe it poses a risk to your health or safety.

 

7. Performance Data & Reports

We may collect performance data such as:

  • Lactate readings

  • VO₂ metrics

  • Strength and asymmetry data

  • Training history

  • Practitioner notes

This data is used to deliver personalised insights and reports. All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Use of Website
